Whether you have been writing your whole life or just picked up a pen, this class - led by Holly Harden, writer for Garrison Keillor's A Prairie Home Companion - will give you an opportunity to meet and work with other writers. This fall we'll talk about the journey, what trips writers take in their lives and in their work, what makes an adventure, the idea of a hero, what is necessary for a journey and the concepts of leaving and returning. We'll have class time for sharing your work and a good deal of lively and thought-provoking writing experiences. Bring a notebook, a pen and an open and inquiring mind.
