Four punches and four kicks make this class energetic and intense, yet easy to follow. The instructor will lead you through various boxing moves and combinations to form a fun workout that will keep your heart rate elevated for most of the hour. You'll build strength, stamina and self-confidence as you punch and kick your way to fitness. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle and a yoga mat or towel for floor work. Drop ins welcome. |
