Pilates

Enhance your powerhouse or core strength. Improve body alignment and posture. Strengthen, lengthen and relax your body. Pilates is a progressive series of exercises that provide effective strengthening for abdominal and back muscles while improving flexibility and posture. Each movement emphasizes correct body alignment, core engagement and proper breathing. You'll improve strength, stability and flexibility of your spine, and maybe even improve your golf game! The focus is on increasing your body awareness and control to increase the effectiveness of the exercises. Each exercise is modified to your individual skill/strength level for maximum effect while minimizing risk of injury. Bring a mat, towel and water.
